By using Padel Ranked you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Padel Ranked is an independent ranking of clubs. It is not a booking service and we act for no club: we take no reservations, handle no payments and guarantee no availability. Any booking happens on the club's own site or directly with the club.
Listings are built from public sources, from what clubs and visitors send us, and from our own checks. We cannot guarantee that opening hours, prices, facilities or any other detail are accurate or current. Check with the club before you travel.
Every club is ranked on upvotes from players and profile completeness; Ranked Pro clubs also compete on verified reviews. No one can buy a position. No payment and no arrangement with us changes a club's score, and we accept no money to add a club to a list, to move it up or to take it off. Ranked Pro pays for a better profile and for the right to collect reviews — never for a position.
If you post a review, add a club or send a report, write from your own experience and keep it factual. Do not post other people's personal data, other people's content, or anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory or that you have no right to publish.
We may check, shorten, refuse or remove any contribution at any time — for example when it looks fake, is off topic or breaks these rules. By sending a contribution you allow us to publish it on the site and to translate or shorten it; it stays yours.
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on a listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
